96, from personal experience. I didn't even notice how long I'd been awake until about 72, and then it was just a matter of staying awake to test myself. I was teaching msyelf HTML at the time and just made a dozen webpages to pass the time. At about 96, I got up to refill my water bottle and fell to the floor and hallucinated. I slept there for the next 24 hours. My roommates were on vacation, so nobody saw me and panicked, thankfully.

Depends how good the gear is. Seriously though, this depends largely on a few factors. Blood sugar/stimulant/blood oxygen levels and of course exposure to narcotic substances!
If you used to cane the acid when you were younger then you could probably hallucinate from coffee drinking!
I would reccomend that you do not experiment with these factors however!
See the site below for info.

I took a psychology class years ago and this was discussed during our sleep disorder coverage. I want to say that it was 36 hours (1-1/2 days)before one would start to hallucinate. I would guess that evry one is different, though.

Made it to 63, but wasn't fortunate enough. Sounds like it's time for some R&D.
