Its annoying when you hear them late at night because they are freaking loud and wake you up from sleep.

There is a difference in a riceburner and an american muscle car....you got a piece of crap rice burner...PPLL! Now a musle car is well worth hearing....especially if it was rebuilt by someone who put alot of time into it.

These people are the ones who give car modifiers a bad reputation, especially with police. They buy garbage cheap parts for their garbage cheap cars. They are not interested in actual modification for benefit or actually learning something about their car. THey just want to bolt on the stupidest, cheapest parts just to feel like they are above the law and then drive around town like a neurotic tool. These people should not be allowed to own a car period.
The reason the cars sound like weedwackers is because the piping that runs from their headers is so small, then the muffler gets larger and creates the god-awful sound. If they would atleast invest in a good quality cat-back exhaust of decent piping size, catalytic converter, mid pipe, and headers, their cars will sound a heck of alot better and they will actually gain some real performance increases. By bolting on the cheapest muffler Pep Boys has to offer they are only making their car sound like a 20 foot tall bumblebee, annoying everyone in the neighborhood, and sometimes even damaging their car because they dont bolt it on correctly.

If they kept you up all the time, you can just talk to them to see if they can keep it down at night. If not report to the police have them take care.

These people fall into the category of : immature @ssholes.
They wear their hats backward, grab their crotch (a lot), and make gang gestures (most notably, the reverse peace sign).
