first join cricket. Then tell the BCCI. If u tell them how well u can play now, they'll give u chance only 2 yrs later. Then, mebe u'll becuz a star. All the best!

You can if your dad is a politician or business magnet. No worries you can pay him back within an year by ads and sponsorships.
It doesnt matter whether you know to play cricket or not.

practise a lot and take tips frm some friends. Don't be overconfident but show the potential of confidence. All you must do is learn to play defensive and not go for over-the-top shots when not needed. All d best!
