They kinda look like ants, with long antenae off the front. They bounce like fleas, but I know what fleas look like and these arent. Plus, I just had our dog checked for fleas, and he doesnt have any. Any idea what they are?

You may have snowfleas, but are not fleas at all, or otherwise known as spring tails. They feed on fungi and decaying organic matter. Their name comes from an apparatus on the undersides of their abdomens that allows them to jump uncontrollably into the air. If thats not it, check out this site on common house insects. Theres pictures so you can see what each looks like.

I think its probably a cricket
One well-known cricket is the popular domestic cricket. Quite small, it gets into kitchens and pantries, where it feeds on food scraps and other insects and tiny animals.

hey it might be aphids

there is a jack jumper ant in australia, they bite and are poisonous, but that doesn't sound like it if you havent been bitten by them.

Springtails! I thought I had fleas as well, but I don't own an animal! When the pest control guy came to spray, I showed one to him and he knew instantly what they were. He said they like moist spots such as under sinks in kitchens and bathrooms. They are usually around my sink and bathtub. They don't bite and can easily be eliminated with common pesticide.

You might have silverfish. They have antennas and are very fast! They like to eat starchy things like cereal, newspaper, books, fabric & even wallpaper glue! They might harm your stuff but they won't harm you. Here are a couple of links with pictures and ideas on how to get rid of them. Good luck!
