I would like to setup my email for admin@mysite.com. But I don't know exactally how it works. What I don't understand is where exactally will my email arrive at? In a folder in the main directory of my site or what?

You will have to either (1) logon admin@mysite.com and use the email software provided by your host or (2) logon at least once and setup that email to be forwarded to another email userid whose email software you're used to using (like, say, Yahoo!), or (3) set up an account on, say, Outlook! to download your email from admin@mysite.com

That is the easiest part really....this is the code.
admin@mysite.com

When somebody clicks on it it will open an e-mail program on the computer. Then that e-mail will go to the server of that address (where your website is hosted)
If it is a pop3 address you can install it on your computer in a program like outlook and read and reply to the e-mail. Or read it online if the server where the website is hosted offers webmail.

This would go to a hotmail address:
admin@hotmail.com

It goes to the mail server of your website.

If you host your website with a server they usually have a mail server...

most places offer both webmail and pop3 mail...
