When you are connected to the internet and have your home page up go to the top of the page where it says "Tools", scroll down and click on "Internet Options". The very first option will be "Home Page"...just put the Yahoo link in there and hit apply.
If you don't know the exact Yahoo link, just go to the Yahoo site, then click on "Tools", then "Internet Options, then instead of putting a link in the box just say "Use Current" and it will change your current home page to the Yahoo page that you are on.
Hope that helped! :)

If you are using Internet Explorer from Microsoft:

Go to Tools: Internet Options: and enter the Home Page of your choice.
