The one that immediately came to mind was the French Revolution. This is a prime example of class conflict. there's also the "union" issue in the Industrial Revolution, which is another good example of class conflict.
In human history, some of the most revolutionary changes have been due to the great gulf between classes. When you have any group of people who are purposely kept ignorant, made to perform on a consistent level above their means, or are the lowest and treated as less than human by another group in the same society, there will be conflict.
The slave revolts in Italy in 140 BC, the Haitian Revolution in 1791, The French Revolution, Apartheid....all begun by class conflict, all changed their respective societies.

Every struggle is a fight over class. That is basic, from Karl Marx. However, even though a lot of people disagree with this, it has a great deal of truth to it.
The Middle East? Israel vs. Palestine? It's all about class. The haves vs. the have nots. Iraq? It's who has the power and therefore the money and who is left out of power and therefore left out of the money. Ireland vs. Northern Ireland, it's all about a poor rural south vs an industrialized north.
