This is disturbing...There was a response that the so called "Elephant Man was the ugliest, but it was no fault of his own". Besides Michael Jackson, can someone be blamed for their apparent ugliness?
Beautiful or ugly is based on personality rather than appearance. I think this is true even in Hollywood. Think of some stars that aren't all that attractive, but are well liked and you'll see that people will swoon over them.

I agree on Paris but Keira wasn't half bad when she did't look like a rack. She still has a nice face though, she can pass as pretty when you can't see her ribs.

Jennifer Lopez. There are 'grotesque' celebrities of all varieties, yet it really is why they're celebrities... because they portray grotesque characters. Susan Boyle isn't attempting to be something she's no longer, subsequently, i do not imagine of her as grotesque. Jennifer Lopez is purely grotesque... made even worse because she thinks she's such warm stuff. no longer distinctly to seem at, and a personality that matches.
