Many bras have a wire that runs along the bottom of the cups. It gives it more support and helps keep its' shape. Depending on the size of the breasts, it can offer more support to keep them from bouncing around, or in some cases, keep the bra from sliding around and getting uncomfortable. The difference in the feel is just that your breasts simply don't move as much with an underwire. (In most cases, this is good - much more comfortable that way.) However, some women have a body type that causes the underwire to dig into their ribs, which is painful. That's why they also make bras without the underwire.

HAHAHa so cute.....About 85 % of women wear underwire bras. Underwire bras offer more support for womens breasts. it is just a slim wire sewn into the trim of the underneath part of the bra. It helps breasts from sagging and can help with back troubles. Why don't you google search Underwire. there should be some examples. Pretty much it's a womens choice if she wants her bra to have an underwire or not. Whatever is more comfortable.

Underwire is a strip of metal that runs under the breasts to help give support and sometimes to lift the breasts. Some people prefer wearing a bra with an underwire, but some people prefer ones that don't contain the underwire. Its personal preference.

An underwire bra has a 'reinforcement' in the bottom band of the bra in the cup lining. It is to offer additional support.
I happen to be a largish cup size and HATE underwire bras....they dig into the pectoral muscles and it hurts and after a few washings the wire is bent into an inhuman shape and REALLY hurts...I have better luck with brand name, well known manufacturer(s) without the underwire (such as Bali). I avoid underwires at all costs.

An underwire is a small, curved wire sewn into the bra for support. A woman can feel an underwire as opposed to not wearing one because they wire isn't very flexible.

i imagine for common use bypass ahead, yet once you bypass out on a date or particular day bypass for the underwire for the further help. also the way you wash and placed on your bras would have an result on why you dislike them. As gross because it sounds a bra might want to no longer be washed as commonly as different clothing and at the same time as they're washed they should be performed with the help of hand and hung dry, or on the tender cycle of your washing gadget. I actually have talked about when I take truly good care of my bras I even don't have any issues, they even make a sparkling bra carry type of mission only for once you wash them. Playtex does make an astounding smooth cup bra yet i hit upon they're cost effectively made, spend some further money and make investments in a good bra from places alongside with frediricks etc. So sure they're commonly supportive yet purely no longer AS supportive no count number what every person says. do not you purely snort at the same time as women beg for large breast and all you pick to do is eliminate yours?? =-) good luck!

An underwire runs underneath the cup. It kinda anchors the cups in place so the straps can support. The ones without underwire don't have as much shape, it tends to look more like you've ace bandaged your chest and under a form fitting top it looks like you're kinda not wearing one.

A bra with underwire has wire under the womans breast to help hold them up and are very painful when the wire breaks through the material, a bra without wire usually doesnt hold up as welll unless it costed a fortune.

an underwire is exactly what it sounds. it is a wire, under your bra. what it does is help support the boobies up and lifted. when i wear a bra without underwire support, i feel like i'm wearing a traning bra. i like underwire bras b/c they are thicker, therefore also increase your boobies size a little bit. without the wire, the boobies are not pushed up and in toghether to create the cleaveage that all women want.
