whats faster mozilla firefox or internet explorer 7,also wich one is safer, does mozilla slow down your computer

I wouldnt really say one is actually faster than the other. They are both great browsers, however Live Search through Microsoft is garbage, whereas Firefox is integrated Google search. You will always get much better search results from inside Firefox. Firefox is also much more stable, displays web pages hwo they should be displayed and has numerous extensions which you can install to control downloads, themes, email, audio, etc. Firefox is an all around better browser to use. You should really use it over IE7. For some odd reason Microsoft always chooses to go against the grain with its IE. It doesnt accept alot of new HTML coding and CSS which sometimes make pages act differently and not display correctly. They copied everything off Apple with their Vista release, I don't know why they didnt just correct IE and model it after Safari (which is modelled after Firefox).

Mozilla and Netscape are both faster than Int Exp. I have used them all.
Which one is safer ?!. does Mozilla slow down your computer?..you got half an hour..? anything associated with windows will slow down your system...I Exp. tries to catch up with Moz. with the pop-up blocker but still has too much associated with it...it has also tried to catch up with the add-on aspects (and will probably try to buy THEM out too) but windows has vast feed back aspects and will get you PC crashing quicker with Exp. If you just want to surf, try Netscape surf browser without all the add-ons. If you want relatively safe browsing ..and speed: Moz

I prefer FireFox MUCH more than IE7. IE7 is extremely slow on my computer and FireFox is much faster, even with the many extensions I have.

I use firefox, I seen a lot of errors and problems with IE7.

i use mozzilla and i love it. hate ie 7. ie 7 has this phishing filter built into it, which means that it'll take atleast 5 seconds to load a page. thats 5 seconds too slow for me
