Not to have to cook for a week - that would be blissful!
When my daughter was about 13 she made me a hand designed gift-voucher booklet for Mother's Day.
It was such a great idea; she had included a voucher for things like:
* One car wash
* Laundry done for a week
* Dinner made
* Floors cleaned
* Gardens watered etc
~~ These ideas can be altered to suit the woman ~~
NOW, I would prefer a weekend away, massages, my car washed, laundry done for a week, dinner cooked, my floors cleaned and my garden watered !! LOL

I have an 11 yr ol daughter and the best present she could give me would be to take the pressure of with some of the household chores. You could also make her something like a card with a token in it for 10 household chores and maybe a cup of tea as a gesture.

A professional message, a night out to the movies. A dinner out somewhere nice, a gift card so I can go shopping, at these gas prices, a tank full of gas! You absolutely can't go wrong with bling bling!
And I can't wait to get the little hand made stuff the kids make in school for me this year....

Id love to get flowers, or a gift certificate for a pedicure/manicure, or taken out to lunch or dinner and a movie, or go have a picnic if weather permitted it someplace like the mountains or beach, or to just be able to spend the day with my kid and not have to do any chores/cooking or running errends.....

i don't know but i got my mom a card and gift certificate to a restaurant so she and dad can go. ? fathers day is just around the corner/ for that i just want contentment with my 4 ex ole Lady's. only the children suffer from all this psycho-activity from you .
