I would write a letter to a public TV station
Someone who is into investigation, your childrens demise might intrest someone who is a local news reporter.
SEcond send the letter to the local newspaper , again find someone who might pick uop the ball on the children.

To get out of the local environment
the state attorney general might be interested in what is going on.

The federal government
???
ACLU is all I can imagine may give you some legal advice .

I know none of the details, but if there is wrongful death and negligence.

What happened after they were removed from your care is certainly indicates the courts may have made an error, the judge who signed these papers was obviously a freind or of your husbands family or paid off, theses are things you can't prove, but are indications that a fair trial is not possible at the local level, and should be be tried in a different district.

You must decide what it is you wish to accomplish by al;l this. Criminal charges, , or whatever.

Start small. Your local newspaper probably is the best place to go at the beginning. Write a thoughtful, unemotional letter (not to be printed, just informational) to someone at the paper, perhaps a columnist. E-mails are usually located at the bottom of the column, although letters may be even more effective. If you don't get an answer of any kind, try another reporter.

The problem is that you may need to convince someone that your story is of the public interest, and not just of concern to you and a few others. It's a difficult fight. Obviously, you have to speak with government and legal agencies first in the matter, since a news story is a sideshow to the situation.

Good luck.

At first I thought you were a guy seeking justice, in which case I was going to tell you to give up and forget about it - nobody wants to hear a man's side of ANY story if the other side is that of a woman's.

But then I noticed that you are a woman, and girl, let me tell you - you are in luck! Call Oprah, call Maury, If they don't do it for you, get real sophisticated and do it like the pros in public relations do it - with a PRESS RELEASE, which you distribute to all the local media outlets.

You see, reporters are l-a-z-y. They don't want to actually work to uncover real stories, yet they have to fill a 30-minute broadcast or column space in the local rag. So they look to press releases for soy news to fill the empty spaces.

I wish you luck.
