For me it is the Apprentice and American Idol (at least this season of Idol). Sounds corny probably but since I am a CSPAN, DISC Channel, Military Channel, A&E, and History Channel geek - I think you see the reason the above mentioned shows are my "guilty pleasure". I find myself using excuses for watching this stuff.
I really like "the Donald". And the Idol girls have been hot to me for some reason this year - I was really disappointed when Haley Scarnato and Gina Glocksen were sent packing.
