yes CBS and MSNBC knew what his shows were about and they are just trying to save face by saying they had no idea what went on.............. on his shows

It really depends on the contract, which we are all just speculating about. I am pretty sure though, judging from the society we live in where everyone trys to cover thier backside first, CBS did that as well. Meaning that as others have stated there is probably a arge loop hole in which CBS could terminate the contract if X, Y, and/or Z happened.

He's suing both CBS and NBC! And he's going to win big time! They owe him 40 million because it's a simulcast show! I guess some jew boy attorney at CBS isn't going to be working there next year!

I don 't know. But if someone can sue for 65 Mio for a lost pair of pants at the dry cleaner and therefore causing mental distress, anything is possible

I would think CBS was aware of this possibility when they fired Imus. No doubt, they're not surprised about his lawsuit.
