He kept lying for months about his divorce, detailed lies that were so elaborate it's as if he played the whole scenario out in his mind. Something about it just didn't settle well with me, so I pressed further and found out the truth...No divorce in progress! I feel so manipulated and hurt. Why can't he admit he made this up just to get my reaction?

Why do you continue to date a married man? He's a lier and a cheat. Even if he does leave her, what makes you think he won't do the same thing to you later on when the grass looks greener on the other side of the fence. Don't you deserve someone who will love, respect you and be honest with you? Even if he just doesn't want to initiate a divorce because of money or custody issues, he is still being dishonest with you and sitting on a fence. I say leave and find someone better than that.

Because he is a no good dog who cheats on his wife and is a good liar due to the years of practice. You have been played move on and hope you learned something. He did this to get into your bed as things may not have gotten far if he told you he was married, lies, cheats and is not going to leave his wife but, would like to have a good time with you.

Please don't put all men in one bracket.

There are women who don't have the courage to stand up receive true love. And instead cling on to the one who lied to them about divorce, falsely married them, beat them up, accusing them of sleeping with every man alive when he was the real culprit.

I know I am the one who loves this girl so much. And her son too who is my world. But I am unable to help her realize that she is in deepshit and make her leave that bastard who abused her. It has been almost 4 years since I told her I love her, it is 2 1/2 years we are engaged, but she still doesn't leave him. Instead she wants to suffer more.

And worst of all is that she thinks that it is much better for the child to be with his biological father, who doesn't even live with them and instead is with his wife. But just visits them to make sure she is not sleeping around with anyone.

She broke up with me. And now she and the little boy suffer. No matter how much I try, she doesn't answer my calls neither does she reply to my mails.

I am not looking for pity or suggestions. I think I am done with everything in this life. I am just correcting your assumption.

There are some of us men who would do everything possible to make a relationship work. There are some of us men who would do everything possible to make sure our children are safe and happy. There are some of us who are the exact opposite of what you are accusing us of.

WTF. If only ...

Unfortunately it isn't just men... People want other people, we are not a species that really only wants one other person.

He used you - I have been in a similar situation except I have been the wife. It isn't great for either party but I can tell you this, if he is cheating on his wife, he will probably cheat on you too - they don't leave their wives, they just want to have fun.

hold on here! Women do the same thing. I've personally had it done with me until her husband called me. Then we compaired the notes. I think people use this as an excuse to have affairs. They know the real truth but have been lieing to themselves forever.

Why do "men" lie about divorce? Why not rephrase that as "why did this man lie........" Why do I have to be put in the same light as the lying and cheating men?
