Amazing! Maybe I should sue the state of Michigan for not maintaining year round the road I live on. I have to grade it in the spring,plow it in the winter,yet the road is NOT considered a seasonal road. Think of the wear on my tractor,the fuel costs,and the additional wear on my vehicles if I don't keep up on the road. I think a 125M settlement would about cover it!
