how long do you think your whiny butts will survive on this earth without cops daily putting it on the line. they are spit on,hit,shoved,cussed,blamed,and all this for crap for pay. do you really think they care about all your whining and crying. they are just trying to survive and go home to their own family.how would you like to work a wreck with dead babies,decapitated heads,getting shot at,and dealing with all the diseases today.and for the smart a.. that is going to say that is what they signed up for,why dont you man up,do something besides cry and bi..h. just asking?

I think the police and any man or woman in uniform...fire,ambulance,military are putting their lives on the line everyday for some sorry butt, spoiled rotten, low form of existence.

All that is true, but one reason we took this job is because no day is the same. That means some will be good and some will be bad. We also get to see and do things that restore our hope in humanity...sometimes you have to look for it, but its there. You don't sound burned out or a society hater, you sound like you had a bad day. I don't think an officer is burned out until he cant see the positives in the people he serves. We know there are the Tinas of the world, but look, listen, and laugh ("MOST cops are racists"), if that racists statement about us being racists doesn't make you laugh then remember we will be the first to stick our necks out when she needs our help. Then she will take the position of that's what we are paid to do. Surely you find such ignorant hypocrisy at least a little humorous. I'm sure neither you, nor I, or any of the other brothers and sisters that answered requested race, gender, religious belief, sexual orientation, or political affiliation before responding to a call. What you are doing is just, noble and above all, needed. Hang tough, be careful, and have fun doing this job. Feel free to e-mail anytime.

I had bad days also Guv but you will really love retirement. If you lived close, we'd get us a few tinnies and crack em. A lot of complaining is done here because people feel anonymous and can be their alter ego for a bit.
Done everything you have as so has a few more just on this question alone. Until someone tries it there is no way you can really explain it. Like describing colors to people that have been blind from birth.

My husband was a cop in California and he did a ot of work for the boys club and they should do more of this and let the young people learn how nice they really are,,,

I have nothing against cops that "TRULY" abide by the law.
But MOST COPS are crooks themselves and shouldn't have the authority to tell someone else what to do. MOST COPS are VERY RACIST.
