I hate my sister for cheating on her husband. They are now divorced. Her lover is a conflict of interest for our family business. She is disruptive at work because she does whatever she wants with no regard to fellow employees. I know that she is looking for a new job but she is so dishonest about everything that she doesn't have the decency to let my Father know her plans. This business is 30 + years old and was supposed to be for the both of us. She would rather lose her inheritance and be with this creep. By the way this creep is only a few years younger than our father and looks like he could be Jaba the Huts twin brother. My sister is beautiful. I don't understand how an outsider can come in and ruin 2 families. I don't understand how she can be so easily swayed by someone she barely knows and shut all of her family.

Seems to me that he's a smooth talker and he's telling her what she wants to hear and normally it's not about the sex it's more that she has a low self esteem and she has clung onto this person and feels safe and confidant. Her behavior is like a rebellious child and your right she doesn't care at all right now. Be very careful with the business because if she does have claim in it -- he will definitely try to sway her to sell or take her half and walk. Sounds like he maybe a hustler. She will have to fall on her butt and pick it back up again because she won't listen to anyone right now. Drugs may also be a factor as well. Protect your family and protect your business for the future. Call a lawyer and talk to your father before he get hoodwinked as well.

that´s sad you shouldn´t be responsible for the stupid choices your sister makes... it sounds to me like you need to make a family meeting here and talk to them about your feelings and your desire to preserve the family business... maybe your dad can find a way to compensate her without losing the business... just get together and try to find a solution to this. Your sister´s lover is no part of the family so he shouldn´t be there at the time of the meeting do it in front of a lawyer if necessary... prefereably the company lawyer, he will know best what´s more convinient for the company.

Your sister has the right to live her life how she sees fit. If you don't like that tough sh*t. She is going to make her own mistakes and all you can do is sit back and watch the show. If she is dumb enough to lose her inheritance then that's her own fault, stop worrying about her and be glad that once she is out of the business you will have it all...

Well the truth is you dont know how her life with her husband is.Maybe he isnt all that and a bag of chips.Talk to her and ask her why she left him.If she continues to be stinky,boot her out of the family buissiness so it doesnt end up being divided to her and her new stud jaba and yourself.

if your sister cares more about the guy than let her and say look either ocme ot work and work, or quit and go be with whoever it is you wanan be with, i knwo you love your sister but you dont want to jeapordize the buisness because of her, im nto tellign you to disown her, shell always still be there shell always be family and you can always talk and see each toher, but maybe its time for her to move on work wise, besides you said she was lookign for anothe rjob anyway so it shoudlnt be so much of a big deal
