I read about this monitoring software and it says that it is undetectable... is this true? Or is there a way to see if this kind of software has been used on my computer?

just a word of caution--just because you find a program that is supposed to find keylogger, etc, doesn't mean it will detect it. i'm using a program for over 450 users at work, and so far it can not be detected and i have been using it for over two years. if you're on a work computer and want to be safe--don't do anything on there that you wouldn't do if your boss was standing behind you. you would not believe some of the "stuff" i have seen

You have to physically check for a hardware keylogger. Make sure that there isn't anything between your keyboard and keyboard plug on your computer.

Use spybot it will detect if you have a keylogger and will delete all information that it stores or your note pad and other places.
