There are lots of possible replacements. A lot of Price fans have been hoping that announcer Rich Fields would be the next host, but that does not look likely.
What does look likely is the next host being someone like Todd Newton, Doug Davidson, or John O'Hurley. It seems that there are as many people who want to host Price as there are people who want to be President. lol

The latest published reports have the field narrowed down to three: George Hamilton, John O'Hurley (the current host of Family Feud) and Todd Newton (the host of the Las Vegas TPiR stage show).
