I've contacted the seller about them not working. They won't respond and I can't even get my money back. They work fine on a regular dvd player. The computer won't recognize them. So I don't know if there are programs that will work. I have VLC media player and that usually plays everything. Thanks!

you need the dvd codec from microsoft to play them in media player or you could just use limewire you can get that at downloads.com and download power dvd off of limewire to play them with

It's probably a bad burn. It is illegal to sell burnt copies like that. Report the seller to Ebay. Also, if you payed through PayPal, you can probably get your money back.
