No genetic male has ever become pregnant. The idea is sometimes addressed in science fiction and comedy.

Some female-to-male transsexuals who interrupt hormone treatments can become pregnant, while still identifying and living as male—this is possible for individuals who still have functioning ovaries. For example, Matt Rice (ex-partner of writer Patrick Califia), bore a child by artificial insemination. From an identity standpoint, this could be considered a "male pregnancy".

Some intersex people with XY chromosomes develop entirely female bodies and, if the individual develops a uterus, in vitro fertilization is possible.

The first uterus transplant was performed in Saudi Arabia in 2000, from one woman to another. This advance drew speculation about the possibility of a male receiving a womb transplant, and bearing a child from the transplanted womb.

It is possible for males to have a fertilized egg implanted into their abdominal cavity and have the egg survive and grow into a healthy baby. This takes alot of planning and alot of money, which is there have been no male mothers. In order to have a male mother, the male must be introduced to the same kinds of hormones associated with a pregnant mother, and given in the same amounts found in the pregnant mother. The amounts of hormones found in a pregnant mother is very high, and a male may not be able to handle the new hormones. Plus, since the male has no birth canal, the baby must be delivered cesarian section. So, in theory, it is possible, but not very probable. I suggest watching the movie "junior" with Robert Dinero and Arnold Schwarzeneger for more info on thins topic.

Actually, sometimes in the womb, one twins body will swollow up the other twin (while they're still developing and very small). The "swallowed" twin does not die but in fact will continue to grow inside of it's sibling. This is FACT.

no, its a myth. there are some animals who carry the baby and such like the seahorse, but human men cannot. i mean, unless you are a woman, who converts to a man, then essential you'd be a man with woman parts and then be able to have a baby. but you're still a woman regardless. sorry men cannot have babies. if you're asking this question b/c you saw a film on youtube about "the first male pregnancy" it was a hoax. sorry.

Sure they can. Only thing is, technically, the woman they had relations with carries the fetus for nine months. But that is CERTAINLY the guy's pregnancy!

Yeah, happens all the time. Guys get embarrassed by it so they say they have a "beer belly." It's not beer, it's 100% baby.
