I recieve emails that are usually jokes or other silly things that are forwarded to me with abunch of other peoples email addresses, can this harm my computer?

My experience is that if you want to avoid trojans, malware, etc. etc., avoid opening any mail that says "forward", even if it comes from your friends or strangers. You have no way to know if their computers are infected. If they are, for sure you are going to be infected.

I delete all without ever opening even from doctors that I trust.

Any email can cause a virus attack. These multiple addressed mails are often very dangerous, as the people sending them are rarely careful of the source.
