No, you have not been convicted. Be aware, some states allow employers to ask if you have been arrested.

Arrested does not mean convicted. If the application asks if you were ever arrested, then yes. You are not convicted until after your court process has run its course. If the jury declares you guilty, then you can say yes to any prior convictions. Depending upon the nature of your arrest and conviction, some employment doors may be closed to you. Usually, when you fill out the employment applications, you say yes and then explain briefly the situation in the best light possible. If you have mitigating circumstances, you want the prospective employer to know that. Have a resume specialist help you with the wording.

It depends on the type of job your applying for I think. I mean, if there is a lot of time being invested in training you, and replacing you if your are convicted would cause a lot of problems for the company your applying with, then yes, I think you should. BUT, if you are not requiring a ton of training, and could be replaced in a reasonable amount of time if convicted then absolutley not. From now until your court date, you need income, and your not helping yourself by saying anything. Besides, you HAVE NOT been convicted yet, only arrested, you know the old saying.......................

Not until you are actually convicted of the crime. However, many applications will ask if you are under indictment for anything. Then I guess it is up to you on whether you put anything. It would be hard for them to find out if you are under indictment.
Best thing is to try to postpone your court date as long as possible. Then you may get a good job and never have to worry about it because you can go to court after you have the job.

No. You have no convictions.
They may get angry if you do get convicted and have to miss any work. Get a good lawyer, take the job and make yourself invaluable.
