Hey guys sometimes once or twice a week i suffers from a prob, i.e pain while excreting and pain is only on upper cap of ma penis. Tis always occurs mostly at night time but i get well in 1 hour or 2. Know tell me is this bec. of masturbation i.e once a day or due to any other prob like breakage of inner wall as pain occurs only when i excrete. and sometime urine collects in my upper cap and i have to give internal pressure to excrete it out.

You may have a small pocket that is gathering fluid near the end of your penis. If this has been torn or scratched the acid in urine will create that painful burning. Some Vaseline or anti bacterial being applied many times during the day will help in the healing process if that is what it is. There is a possibility it is more than that. If it doesn't go away this that suggested method in just a day or two or there are any changes you should consult with a Doctor.

Anytime you have pain regarding your penis, you should go to a doctor. This would be one of those times.
It may be that you have an infection or something may be wrong with your urinary system... could be a number of things. Either way, see a doctor. I'd also recommend not masturbating until you have seen one, just incase it is adding to the problem.

You could have a Urinary Tract infection, Chlamydia, Syphilis, Urithritis, just to name a few. You need to make an appt with a doctor ASAP!

Yes it is because of a frequent masturbation. I suffered it too. Just try not to masturbate or have sex, the pain will go away in a week

poor hygienic practises....you need to pull back the foreskin and clean the head of the penis twice a day, or the urine that can pool under the foreskin will cause irritation and eventually lead to infection.
