I am 5'10 with long legs. I have the tendency to look scrawny in certain clothes. What should I wear that would solve this problem? What should I avoid?

What's "wrong" with being tall? I'm six fee tall and a woman. Not only do I accept and enjoy my height, but I show it off. What choice do I have, really? Not only to I wear heels, but I also wear things like pin-striped pants and my favorite suit is pinstriped. (I was rather disappointed the morning when my prengnancy belly told me I couldn't wear them for awhile. Although I am happy that my baby is growing wonderfully.) Yes, they do make my legs look longer and thinner. So what. With my height I can do things others can't-- I can daily utilize the shelf over my fridge. I can use the top of my fridge as storage, I can use the high top shelf in my cupobards, and the one over my stove. I can help others reach things they can't. I still wear two inch heels, provided they aren't the really unnaturally skinny ones with the pointy toes. I'm me. This is the body with which God has blessed me. I've female friends who are taller than me. They, too, have accepted their bodies and like them. One woman used hers in her 20+ years in the Navy. The other one played basketball in high school and college. Me, I'm a happy housewife who has shunned the stereotypes. I did not play basketball, except when I had to in gym. I looked down on modeling becasue I wanted a career where I was (generally) appreciated for Laura the person, not some nameless body in a known designer's overpriced trendy dress of the second. As a wife and an almost mother (I'm in my 20th week), I'm acheving what I have decided is my calling as a a career-- A wife and mother.

Im sorry. I don't know how to help you. With the exception of trying to hide my weight in high school (I used to weigh over 200 pounds; Now in my 20th week of pregnancy, at somewhere between 175-80, I still weigh less), I've never tried to hide my body. I dress modestly, but I do accentuate my curves; I just don't show any more skin than necessary.

However, this is me.

ur screwed girl
Either you wear way baggy clothes that make you look big, but you look small in the clothes. or you wear tight fitting clothes that show how obviously scrawny you are. Do yourself a favor, dont worry about what you wear. Go gorge yourself on a buffet. thatll help :) jk jk
haha wear something that emphasizes your breasts :) thatll definately take the attention of your scrawny legs :P

I'm 6'4". Yup. So, I don't wear heels or pumps. Another thing to watch for is hem lengths. If pants or a full-length skirt are just the slightest bit too short (high-water), they'll make your legs look longer.
