It was back in 1996 when I was suffering badly from clinical depression and again in 2005 when I had a bit of a nervous breakdown. In the latter case, a big shock to the system left me feeling I couldn't trust many people - if anyone at all. It's an awful feeling because you don't know who to turn to. It's also hard to put how your feeling into words and therefore it leave you feeling very isolated. Luckily, the people I work with were a great support. I've fully recovered now.

When I was homeless for a year, I had a job but couldn't afford a place and my family didn't seem to care. They would borrow money from me. I'm a giving person, I couldn't say no. I lived on cheap canned tuna for protein and on occasion a small 39 cent bag of chips for carbs. Good thing it was a small town and not the city. I was a 20 year old female at that time... And very pretty.

When I was ill about 3years ago and on very strong medication.I would fall asleep maybe at 8 o clock in the morning then wake up at say 2 o clock the following morning(in other words in the middle of the night).my family would all be in bed having spent their day as normal.I used to feel so lonely and was so glad when I got back to normal eventually.
