Military ID - obviously you'd have to be in the military.
You can get school IDs and perhaps a debit card with you picture on it. It depends on what you are trying to use the ID for. In most cases, you will need the state ID.

Check cashing place but it won't be valid many places besides the cashing place - so it won't get you a credit card or even into a bar!
