I am tired of Illegal Immigrants! Are you?

I am not racist...and being tired of them does not make me. I am proud of my country. But, I would like a huge reform on immigration. We need a stronger border. These illegals keep making the health care costs rise and taxes too!! All of us hard working legals have to pay for their ways in here. They need to either leave or become a citizen!!

The problem with discussions these days is that the word ILLEGAL is often left our. They cry "why are you so against immigrants?" I don't believe most people are against LEGAL immigrants but it is the ILLEGALS that people are opposed to. I too am tired of ILLEGAL immigrants being given amnesty (Reagan did that and so did Bush Sr. and maybe even Clinton too, I'm not sure) and allowing them to pretty much come and go at will. We need some of those people to do the jobs they are doing no doubt about it. But using them as registered guest workers or as permanent resident aliens is fine. I am afraid that any reform is going to be too little too late because politicians have been scared to death to alienate the Hispanic vote. Well, the pols might be surprised to learn that many legal aliens and naturalized citizens don't approve of the ILLEGAL immigration either.

I contend that those who come here are criminals by virtue of the fact that they broke our laws just coming here illegally. If they are willing to break that law one can but wonder how willing are they to break other laws. What good are immigration laws if they are not enforced.

If we want to let people in at will without documentation then let's close the INS and border patrol and save ourselves money or apply it to crime stopping elsewhere.

I live in the midwest and quite frankly I have a hard time understanding why I should be concerned about illegal immigrants. I am more concerned about legal immigrants, specifically computer people from India and China. I think it's outrageous that so many American companies are hiring what are frequently poorly-trained immigrants to do jobs that Americans can do.

Very ; and most tired of illegals being given an audience to protest when they should all be rounded up and sent back to their lovely countries to come back the legal way . Most of our ancestors were all immigrants . Not one of them sneaked in over the border . They did it legally . No matter how long it took . And they slept on the decks of ships..many times like cattle - just for the chance to live in the greatest country in the world . This illegal glorification is what liberalism is all about . But just because it has become the norm - I have to ask : Who is minding the store ? The bias liberal democrat mainstream media glorifies illegals and communist dictators and treats them like rock stars ..while Americans foot the bill and the insults add up to injury .

Well, I believe that in order for a immigrant to become a citizen, they must speak and understand the English language. A lot of illegals come here and don't even attempt to learn English and that annoys me. We have to learn their language to communicate with them. That isn't fair. (Lives in California)

they litter and use up our soccer fields without permit, they are using our sewage and hurting our kids progress in public schools and costing us by using our jails and law enforcement, they are a strain on our public infrastructure. There are 100s of illegals using the field behind my house 10-12 hours a day and they are loud, the leave over 3 bags of trash every day. I am sick of my life being decimated by their behavior.
