That depends on the quality and subject matter. Most tattoos are passable works of art. Some are excellent. A lot are rubbish. For the most part I like them.

It all depends on what was the tattoo like? If very artistic, colourful and expressed with emotions, it's kewl.
Ain't kewl if someone had with skeltons and dark stuff! No pun intended for folks who like 'dark' stuff.

I neither like or dislike tattoos. But if you're tattooed all over your body, I just don't like it.
