The ending of "The Fountain," with Hugh Jackman. Not only did I never see it coming, the film has one of the smartest scripts I've ever known. If you miss one line, you won't know what's happening. Brilliant.

the best movie that i had just seen recently was .... premintion with sandra boluck and that had a surpising ending it dident end as i wanted it 2 and it bugged me for the rest of the week! lol but ya and another recent movie i had seen with a surprissing ending was the number 23 with jim carrey!
