Was diagnosed last week and on meds. How did I get this? The doctor asked me about my sex life and I said my wife isn't cheating, and neither am I. He did say bacteria. I'm a very clean person. Can anyone explain this one. Thanks

I didn't get it from an STD though, I think I got it from having sex with my wife while she was having a UTI as she was at the doctor for that about a week before my Epidydimitis showed up
