Hermia comes later in the scene.

B. She thinks the men are being cruel because now they're acting like they're both in love with her when just before one was definitely betrothed to Hermia and the other was protesting his undying love fer Hermia... no one for Helena, and now this?!?!?!?

The answer is B, as she says this when both men are in love with her, and she thinks they are just cruelly joking with her.
