I mean, the Nuclear bomb back in the day "ended" the war, so why are they so stinken bad!? And why is America the only country who is "allowed" such a bomb?(info needed for my English class)

correction: the nuclear bomb did not end the world war. the war ended itself. the nuclear bomb just started the new war: the cold war. both the US and the USSR bombed the japs to show off their strength and superiority.
for years both have been stockpiling and dividing the world in invisible war camps. now that the cold war is over -- well the weapons are still there and any trigger happy lunatic in power anywhere in the world can trigger off the destruction of the world.
bye the way, the number of nuclear arsenal today can kill the world 72 times.

America was never 'allowed' to have the bombs -- it just muscled its way in. now u can't take it away. so as the owner f the largest stockpile they impose restrictions on the rest of the world. u see, they can't stand competition. so even if the world's poorest country is 'thinking' of acquiring an n-bomb ------ the US declares it 'terrorist', 'hostile', 'threat to world peace'................

You have to do some reseach before posting... Besides the US having nuclear weapons there is also Russia, China, France, Britain, India, Pakistan, North Korea and Israel.

First of all I hope this is not a indication of your education so far . Second over a dozen nation have nuclear weapons. Third you don't want every nation to have nuclear weapons for the same reason you don't want criminals with access to weapons it is irresponsible.

the point of that question was to get you to think.. school is more about teaching people to think than about giving you things to memorize and look up... do this on your own.. you will gain more from it.
