No, there's no such thing. I suspect you're thinking of the movie "The Ring" which is about a malignant video that curses people.

There is a fictional movie coming soon, about prisoners being released on an island being forced to kill one another with cameras recording them.
It's called The Condemned. Maybe that's the one you're thinking of. I hope there really isn't a film of people being killed. That's awful.

Are you talking about a "Cannibal Holocaust?" There was a recent release, but the title is slipping my mind about a documentary of people committing suicide by jumping off bridges. Could this be it? Maybe you are referring to a snuff film which is illegal.
