Never... I have to put it on in my bathroom in front of a big mirror.. Wouldn't want makeup lines!! But I agree with you.. taking your eyes off of the road and hands off the wheel not only puts the makeup ladies in danger but she also poses a threat to those driving around her.. Be safe and smart... Pay attention to your driving..

I put mine on while waiting for the bus. Sometimes I will put it on ON the bus. So maybe you won't dislike me quite as much, since I am not actually driving! And I do not have a cell phone. :-)
I can understand your feelings. Putting makeup on while driving is not safe. The only time I did that when I drove to work is if I was stopped at a red light. Safety first. I would often pull over and take 5 minutes to just put it on already, that worked out really well for me.
I'm sure I annoy people though just the same with putting it on on the bus. Problem is I have 3 kids to get out of the house plus myself and something always seems to go wrong, making me late. I leave the house makeup free 90% of the time.

I have seen people putting on makeup [ you could lose an eye
like that ], talking on the phone [ no one drives as well as they think they do while phoning ],doing their hair, picking their nose, picking up something on the floor, painting their nails, eating bowls of cereal, reading the newspaper!, changing their clothes!,reading a novel, etc. I live outside the Wash, DC
beltway, and have seen just as many VERY BAD male drivers as females.
In fact, research and insurance rates prove women are BETTER drivers! I dislike types who make conclusions without researching the facts.

On a few occasions I have put lipstick on while stopped at a red light but it's way too dangerous to do the whole makeup thing otherwise. If I am running late I will just do the bare minimum and do the rest at work.

I put makeup on right before I leave so that I don't have to wait until I am on my way to work. It only takes five minutes if you apply it right. Also, why the negative comment? Are you saying that you don't like women who were makeup?

No, I do not! I rarely put it on, and when I do, I do it AT work. I don't usually do it cause I'm too lazy to get up earlier just to put on cosmetics, and I hate not letting my skin breath, even though I use cosmetics that isn't supposed to clog your pores ... I prefer the au natural look.
And I hate people who don't know how to drive who are on the phone! Grrr!

It tends to be women who are more verbal and social and I'm a woman so I'm not being biased.
I can tell you that when you have a woman on a cell phone driving an SUV, its a death machine and stear clear of it!!!
