depends where the child will be born & raised at. Its your child, you are the father - but the laws governing child support etc.. are relative to where the child is born/lives.
So if she comes back to the states - kiss 20% of your check gone! If she lives in a foreign country, you'll be subject to those laws.

Legally, your responsible no matter where the baby was conceived or born. Even if the child is not an American citizen, you are the father....your sperm, your child.

No, you are not responsible for the child. Only if you have proof - photos and videos of the intercourse and you can tell its not United States. E.g. If you have an mpg of you two in the act on the great wall of china or smth like that.

dude if your both American then you still abide by American laws when here, now if you were both to move and live in that other counrty, then you would not be American anymore and abide by those laws. der da der.
Oh and btw why would you wanna weasle out of your responsibility, this is half you thats growing in her, believe me, take the time to get to know this kid when the time comes, you won't be able to resist loving him or her.
My hubby loves being a Dad!

If you dont want to be responsible for a baby, stop having sex. This is one loophole to get out of parental obligations I have never heard.
