I don't remember much about the movie except it's a group of college girls who get possessed by some demon or murderer and it's during a party...it's not sorority house massacre or slumber party massacre...i've already checked...any ideas??

...I concur with the possibility of the 1988 production of "Night of the Demons" (which, by the way, spawn two sequels, involving one of the possessed girls).
However, you might also try "Nightmare Sisters", from 1987.
...by the way, both "Demons" and "Sisters" featured the perinial '80's scream queen, Linnea Quigley!!!
...you might also try 1992's horror/demon/comedy, "Evil Toons", as well!!!
