One way to move the window back to the visible portion of the desktop is to locate it on your taskbar, right click on the taskbar entry and select "Move", then use the cursor keys to move the window. You only need to move it with one "arrow" click, then switch to the mouse and it should appear at the cursor.

As to why it is off the visible portion of the screen, there are several reasons for it.
- Display resolution has changed and the application remembered a position that is no longer part of the visible display.
- You connected with a Remote Desktop Client that used a different resolution (similar to above problem). I find this problem often when I use my company laptop to connect to my company desktop. My laptop has a widescreen while my desktop uses a standard aspect ratio. Smaller applications tend to be slightly out of the visible desktop.
- System has two monitors and the application was last used on the second monitor that is no longer connected.
- The application or some external influence (spyware, virus, etc...) changed the "remembered" last location of the application.

Could be that your CRT monitor is not adjusted properly. I run a CRT in one resolution, but when I run some full-screen programs, they change the screen resolution to one that is not centered properly. If you have a CRT monitor, you can adjust the screen position using the buttons on the monitor.

Click on the top of the window (the bar across the top) and drag it ot the right. or resize it by using the lower right corner of the window.
