No, there's no on-line voting. There's no knowing (for us answering this question) what circumstances you feel prevent your voting today, but perhaps you can find a way to leave your house long enough to vote. Try calling your local party's office; someone there may be able to take you (if that's the problem). Or you could find someone to watch your kids (if that's the problem). If you didn't 1) get an absentee ballot and 2) send it in already, then you have to go to the polling place to cast a vote today. Maybe you should remove this question, and ask another, explaining what it is that you feel prevents you from voting today. Maybe one of us (or someone at your local "get out the vote" office) can help.

I am not sure about other countries, but in the United States it would depend on your locality. There would be nothing illegal with allowing online voting at the local level, but I cannot think of any places that do this right now.
