I am looking for a white eyeshadow that has NO shimmer to it. every white shadow that i use seem to have some shimmer to it and it looks like I have glitter all over my face...

check out NYX they have a white that is matte.... also MAC has an eyeshadow called Gesso that is a matter white.

Yes, white eyeshadow is VERY ugly, but only if it's on the lids. When applied on the lid, it's not very flattering, and can make your eyes look dead or make them look "washed out." It's better if used on the corners of the eyes; it really makes them look brighter and more awake. I sometimes use a matte white eyeshadow to line my water line, and it makes my eyes look bigger and brighter (Yeah, I know powder isn't good for the waterline, but it's very difficult, if not impossible to find a fair-priced matte white eyeliner lol). And I absolutely HATE white shadow for a brow bone highlighter! Ugh, no matter what skin tone (even if you're extremely pale) I just think it looks so weird, even if you apply it right! Especially if you have dark eyebrows, it just makes them look harsher. I don't know, it's probably just me. But as a brow bone shade, I much rather prefer a shimmery buttercream shade, or a sheer shade with a pink/peachy undertone. Just not flat-out white! :P

Revlon has some matte cream eyeshadow, but I've never tried it before, and I'm not sure if they have it in white... They have Revlon at Target.

Check the revlon line. I remember a while back they had a white shadow with no shimmer. Don't know if they've changed the formula but it's worth a look. Good luck!

try sonia kashuk eyeshadow (target), i think it was pretty matte
and dreamme matte mouse for maybelline white eyeshadow, try that to.

I am 99% sure that MAC makes a matte white with absolutely no shimmer.

bare minerals snow - i would pick up a smaller size off of ebay as you'll never go through the whole tub of it.
