More than likely, you are machine washing them. The best way to get the most life from a bra is to hand wash. If this is too time consuming, wash and dry them on "delicate." However, you should never put your bras in the dryer, this warps and destroys them; so washing on "delicate" and hang drying suffices.

If you don't want to hand wash your bras, then snap them closed, fold them neatly and put them in a mesh lingerie bag before putting them in the washing machine. Use the gentle cycle and warm water w/ cool rinse. Never use chlorine bleach. Always hang them dry.
As one of the previous people said, check your bra size. Here's how: http://www.fittingtips.com/classes/Class-BraSize.htm

Underwires are tricky - sometimes you may have the right size on but the rib cage still pushes the wire upward. So you may also want to consider a different type of bra that offers support like this one: http://www.onehanesplace.com/product/4698.html?cgnbr=1021000000

Hand wash them and don't put them in the dryer. They could be cheaply made bras or you could be wearing the wrong size.
If you need to wash them by machine tie them up in a pillow case... that seems to work.

you should wash them by hand to prevent that from happening. If you wash them by hand and use woolite for your bras, the wire and the color of the bras will stay vibrant.
