Hi, I would like to know what type of yogurt that can made for facial mask? Is it those yogurt that can be eaten which we can normally get from super market?

Yes, the kind of yogurt to use in a facial mask recipe is the same yogurt you buy in a grocery store. Plain whole milk yogurt is a bit better than non-fat because it is thicker.

Hi.. its good to prepare yogurt at home itself an use it as facial mask..
Take 1/4 cup of milk or quantity u wish add one or two table spoon of lemon juice. mix it wel.. it starts curdling.. now its ready to apply.. its home made facial..natural..face look fresh an starts glowing..!!!

yoghurt and avocada
get sum greek yoghurt, and chop up the avocado
liquidise 2gather nd put on face 4 1-2 hours
