This porgramme was so funny and bizzare in a good way don't you think there should be more cartoons like this?

I used to love this cartoon!! It was ended because it was too close to the knuckle a few times, but it shouldnt have been classed as a kids cartoon, I mean can you imagine South Park being marketed towards kids.
I wish they would bring it back even if it meant everybody running around saying 'stimpy you stooooopid idiot!!!' again.
Love it!!! You can still get box sets of it out of Virgin!!

Yes. I remember it well. Have you watched cartoon network's adult swim? There are a ton of cartoons in the same vein as Ren and Stimpy.

that was my favorite show when i was younger, i have a vhs of all the shows (thank god for marathons) me and my best friends nicknames were ren and stimpy suiting cause i was skinny and small like ren and well you get the point lol

I liked Ren and Stimpy. I think they tried to capture the essence with Cat Dog.

Yes.Ren and Stimpy were a mouse and a dog I believe.BBC 2 showed it for a while.

It was quite bizarre and a similar show out now is Family Guy. Really off the wall humour.
