The person with the most money would win, because they hire the most people.

Side Note: Democrats will win this election, the country will go back to crap aka clinton years (ie everyone says things are going well, doll stalls, terrorsts put planning into attack, Iraq falls into a civial war and millions are killed by Iran trained terrorists cells. N. Korea sells nukes to terrorists cells who bring them in through Canada, Iran plans to have Isreal wiped off the map or does have it wiped, but democrats cheer that Obama or Clinton are increasing welfare). After 2012 Republicn wins with a lanslide, and gets stuck pulling the country back together.

I would bet money there would still be extensive recounts.

I suspect that at least ONE of the fifty states has a mechanism that allows their state government to select delegates to the Electoral College anyway. After all, the President IS supposed to represent the States, and is chosen by the States, not the People.

That won't happen - the politicians always vote for themselves. The tie would be resolved in the courts.

How picky can you get?

Eight Democrats, 12 Republicans, and not a single one looks okay? Just who or what are you waiting for?
