hey all this may sound strange but I have had my gall bladder removed in jan since then i haven't seen a proper menses cycle what can i take to get it to return that won't affect me trying to conceive serious answers only please i really need some help with this

my dr says it is possibly because of the stress my body went through during the surgery I forgot to mention also an this affect ovulation ?
