I am creating a logo and it is made up of text and clip art and I've saved it as a Word document. I need to put this logo on a website to advertise it but to upload it to the website it has to be a single JPEG or gif. file. How do i change it? I've tried saving it as webpage but it won't load to the website I'm using.

Bring it up in Word, and make it is large as you can on your screen. Do a Screen Print.

Go into your favorite graphic program (or Paint) and paste in the screen print. Crop as needed to get the logo.

Save the results as a jpg file.

YES YOU CAN

All you have to do is open up word, zoom in on the logo as far as possible. Then press Prtint Screen (often abreviated to "Prt Sc" and can be found in the top right of your standard layout keyboard). Then open your favourite graphics suite (mine is photoshop but you could also use MS-Pain(t) and I think also Corel Draw).

Crop (remove bits of the image) appropriately - click File --> Save as and select .jpg from the Save as File Type drop down menu (just below the box where you select the file name).

I'm not aware of any other simple methods of doing it but there are many more complicated ones (if your willing to go down to basic if you are, email me: matt@mattireland.co.uk . lol.).

One way, though depending on how many pages, could take some time, is to screenprint page by page, paste into an imaging program or even Publisher then save as a jpg.

if you are using windows vista its easy.. you can use snipping tool.. press start > type in snipping.. voila! thers your snipping tool... -- and after done snipping you can save it as jpeg file...

but........

if you are using windows xp or older... just like the rest answerers said you can use print screen... on the keyboard press " Shift + PrintScreen" depending on the keyboard itself usually if your keyboard is a small keyboard its a shortform"Prt Sc" or something like that... done that.. open the microsoft paint.. and press "ctrl + v" voila! ----- save it as jpeg.. i really recommend you to use adobe photoshop to make your logo smoother... and save it as jpeg with a very high quality.. thats logo you need QUALITY...

hope this helps... have a nice day~
