It is a straight line passing through the origin (0,0)
If x = 1, y = 4
If x = 2, y = 8

Plot these points, connect the dots, and extend infinitely in both directions.

You could pick numbers for x and see what y would be, then plot the points and draw the line through them. Like x = 0, y = -4 or x = 2, y = 4

y = 4x

if the value of x = 1, Then 4 x 1 = 4 therefore y = 4

if the value of x = - 1, then 4 x - 1 = - 4, therefore y = - 4

if the value of x = 3, Then 4 x 3 = 12, therefore y = 12

If the value of x = 5, then 4 x 5 = 20, therefore y = 20

y = 4x

you can conclude, what ever the value of x times 4 equals the y value.

I'm not sure what your looking for Y=4x is a line with infinite solutions, and the x and y intercept is at orgin (0,0) with a slope of 4/1
