This disrupts the connection I want and cuts off the transmission. Dial up internet is our only option, Is this some kind of virus and how can I get rid of it. I have already run a registry cleaning program and the adware virus protection. Please help.

Tools > Internet Option > Connections tab
You will see a box in the middle with all the connections your PC uses
Find and delete that overseas one.
If that does not work, scan your computer of spyware. Go to http://download.com and get a copy of the free Skybot Seek&Destroy and run it. If it is a spyware, that sould clean it.

Try webroot's spy sweeper. Or for a decent free program adaware, or spybot. You definitely have some sort of spyware that is dialing out for you.
