yes it is so very true that you can be pregnant even if you are still menstruating... believe me! I went to hospital with stomach pains and they asked if I could be pregnant, I told them no because i was still having a regular cycle that had not skipped any at all and they gave me a pregnancy test anyways and SURPRISE!!!! 7 months later I had my little girl. If you think you are pregnant you should get this checked out so you can start taking prenatal vitamins and making sure you are healthy and the baby as well. Good luck!

Yes, some people have a very fertile time starting before their period is done. Some people even bleed when they ovulate. If you are nervous about getting pregnant, use some protection.

The possibility -is- there, but it's not likely. If your families history has shown that the women are very fertile (IE; aunts, grandmas, etc have had 5+ kids then) then the risk is obviously increased. If you're on the birth control pill you're still only protected by 99%
Some women like having sex on their period, other's don't. I don't know your preference but I'd suggest just waiting till Aunt Flow leaves town so that your nerves aren't affecting your involvement in it.

Yes, you can.
You know, if you aren't educated on the basics of sexual biology, why are you even having sex to begin with? That's like a blind man trying to drive a car, hon.

Yes, you can. Not having sex is the only fool proof method of avoiding pregnancy. Trying to prevent it with timing methods is very unreliable!
